Construction Power

TCA's "Construction Power" program has allied with Association Power to provide volume electricity purchasing power for TCA members. In areas of the state where there is electricity competition under recent electrical deregulation legislation, Construction Power uses aggregation through Association Power to secure the best prices available in the market. The areas of Texas where deregulation and competition is permitted include most of the large metropolitan areas and much of the rural area of Texas. A TCA member should check with TCA to determine if its business is in a competitive area and receive a free quote from Construction Power.
